My name is Markku Nousiainen. I’m an artist, designer and producer focused on interactive media. I originate from Finland and live currently in Umeå, northern Sweden.

I have a vivid interest in electronic art, bio-art, data visualisation, photography, videography, dance & performing arts, maker culture, and nature activities among other thing. One of my long-time interests has been the alternative ways of visualising data gathered with cameras and sensors.

I work mostly with the Processing, Arduino and Raspberry Pi platforms, sometimes with JavaScript and Python.

I also work as a UX designer and producer in digital media.
